Re: Ground Mesh transparent

... maybe this: once you want to export your ground, select it and save it (save selection) as a separate max file. Doing so you have a much lighter model and the plugin will work much faster. Am I correct? As for big polys, in case of bad collisions (car going under the surface), I use tessellation. ...

Re: btb to 3d simed to original format

thanks Miro, when I converted I did it the longest way... :o.O: So in principle you can export the entire model as a single 3ds file and then you have it in max as a whole : Eeek : My doubt is about poligon number limitation for 3ds files, isn't it set to 64K or stuff like that? ...

Re: btb to 3d simed to original format

NetKar Pro forum : I'm did try a lot of other ways to import the 3dsimed model into 3dsmax, but every method has its own limitations. I now went back to convert to the 3ds format, and found a way to convert the track without the loss of texture quality. here ...

Re: Grass wawing-the grass effect?

I got gras effect for few objects, but i never set gras effect. it looks there some inside model. But it can fix. You need only import objects with Wallaby 0.25 (only the bad models), that´s it.

Re: KARLSTAD Super Special Stage

... scripts (http://www.lua.org/) but I am not a programmer, I think a new script should be added to the existing ones....I think you need only the model and the animation. It would be good, as always something fresh! Are you planning to convert it in original format?

Re: Akagi Mountain Pass WIP

... shadows (this way one can add many spotlights, one for each lamp). But doing so you cannot have the effect of car lights and you have a separate model of the track just for the night. I hope I gave you a couple of ideas, your Karlstadt track looks very good, as the Versme one is.
